Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. This policy explains how refunds work if something goes wrong.

Important: No returns, only refunds

We don't accept returns or exchanges. If there's a genuine issue with your order, we'll process a refund instead.

When can you request a refund?

You have 3 days from delivery date to request a refund.

Valid reasons for refund

We process refunds only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items that don't match the specifications you ordered

We don't process refunds for any other reasons.

What's eligible for refund?

  • Physical products only
  • Digital products and services are not eligible for refund

How much refund you'll get

Your refund amount depends on the proof you provide:

Full refund (100%)

Requirements:

  • Complete unboxing video from start to finish
  • Shipping label must be clearly visible in the video
  • If found, explain the issue clearly through audio commentary
  • Show the problem clearly on camera

Partial refund (50%)

If you only have:

  • Photos of the issue
  • No unboxing video

No refund (0%)

If you have:

  • No proof of the issue
  • No photos or videos

What makes a valid unboxing video?

Your video must include:

  1. Clear shipping label - Show the courier package with the label visible
  2. Complete unboxing - Record from the moment you open the package
  3. Audio explanation - If found, clearly explain what's wrong while filming
  4. Clear visual of the issue - Show the problem up close and clearly
  5. No editing - The video you submit should not be edited in any way whatsoever (no cuts, no colour correction, no compression, etc.) — the video must be one continuous capture from start to finish.

Why we need this: It helps us verify the issue and improve our quality control. It also protects both of us from false claims.

How to request a refund

  2. Include your order number
  3. Send your unboxing video or photos
  4. Our team will review within 48 hours
  5. If approved, refund will be processed within 24 hours

All refunds will be sent digitally.

Special situations

Lost in transit

If the courier confirms your item is lost during shipping, we'll issue a full refund.

Delayed delivery (21+ days)

If your order isn't delivered within 21 days, we can either:

  • Reproduce and re-ship the product, or
  • Provide a full refund

Size issues

Measurement tolerance: ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and not eligible for refund.

Wrong size ordered: If you ordered the wrong size, you'll need to place a new order. Check our size chart before ordering.

Important notes

  • Unbox your items carefully - damage from scissors or sharp objects isn't covered
  • If the package looks damaged when delivered, note this in the courier's delivery remarks
  • We may ask for additional information to verify your request
