Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 9 AM.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery takes 3-4 days, depending on the shipping method and pin code.

Payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) available. Online payments accepted.

Undelivered (RTO) shipments

Undelivered shipments refer to orders that couldn't be delivered to the customer due to incorrect address, absence of the customer, or other delivery issues. These shipments are typically returned back to us.

Reasons for undelivered/RTO shipments

  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete address given
  • Future delivery requested
  • Self-pickup customer request
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Door/premises/office closed
  • Poor weather conditions

Shipping status meanings

Pickup phase

Pickup scheduled: An order for which the Pickup Request has been generated and sent to the courier company

Pickup error: The pickup has not yet been generated due to incorrect order details or some technical issue

Out for pick up: The courier company is out to pick up your parcel

Pickup exception: The courier company attempted pickup and couldn't complete it due to some reason

Pickup rescheduled: The courier company was not available for pick up on a particular day; pickup is automatically scheduled for the next day

Order picked up: The order has been picked up from the factory

Transit phase

In-transit: Your item is on its way to the destination hub

Delivery phase

Out for delivery: Your package has left the nearest hub/center of the courier partner for the destination address. Expect your package on the day you see this status

Undelivered 1st/2nd/3rd attempt: When the order is out for delivery and is not delivered to the customer

Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered to you
